Building or Structural Surveys

Many people refer to a survey and report on the condition of a building as a “Structural Survey”, however to avoid possible confusion with the work undertaken by structural engineers, the RICS has suggested that we refer to these for the future as Building Surveys. There are one and the same thing.

We undertake full building surveys on both residential and commercial buildings.
