Asbestos Surveys (Commercial Premises)

For Compliance With The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006

All non domestic properties, i.e. shops, restaurants, factories, workshops, warehouses, offices, require an asbestos survey to be undertaken under the above Regulations, to locate and check the condition of any asbestos found in the property.

A written record of the location, and condition should be kept and anyone potentially at risk should be advised of its content.

We can undertake these surveys and will also provide landlords with a risk assessment and management plan detailing the future management of any asbestos found.
